Brian Kouba
Responsibilities: General oversight of business and affairs of Running Rivers.
Qualifications: Brian Kouba, a more recent addition to Running Rivers and the Flyathlon, actually started the Driftless Area Flyathlon in NE Iowa back in 2016 after finding out about the awesomeness that is Run.Fish.Beer. Having grown up in the rolling hills of Southern Iowa he was instilled with a love for nature early on through hunting, fishing, and Boy Scouts. Later in life Brian became involved in Iowa Trout Unlimited and served on the local/state boards before deciding it was time to move back to Colorado (following in the spirit of his family's CO homesteading roots). Brian has gained a reputation for his love of great beer (especially Barrel-Aged Stouts) and will also be helping with the Rare Fish Rare Beer project. Brian and his family live in Northern Colorado and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer from skiing to hiking to camping to fly fishing.
